Our Friday Night Dinners give you and your friends the opportunity to watch a meal unfold directly in front of you, featuring the highest-quality ingredients and paired with world-class local wines. Every Friday, Executive Chef Patrick Higgins will prepare and serve a five-course meal while you watch and each month we’ll partner with a different Finger Lakes winery to pair each course.
Gather around our counter and enjoy the company of new friends—seating is communal and designed for conversation. Socialize and interact with Chef Higgins and Taste Curator Grace Mattingly while they describe the ingredients and preparation for each course, explaining the development of each dish every step of the way.

Nestled on the western shore of Seneca Lake, Red Tail Ridge Winery is New York State’s first LEED Gold Certified winery.
