Our Friday Night Dinners give you and your friends the opportunity to watch a meal unfold directly in front of you, featuring the highest-quality ingredients and paired with world-class local wines. Every Friday, Executive Chef Patrick Higgins will prepare and serve a five-course meal while you watch and each month we’ll partner with a different Finger Lakes winery to pair each course.
Gather around our counter and enjoy the company of new friends—seating is communal and designed for conversation. Socialize and interact with Chef Higgins and Taste Curator Grace Mattingly while they describe the ingredients and preparation for each course, explaining the development of each dish every step of the way.

ryan william vineyard
Established in 2007, the Ryan William Estate Vineyard and Farm sits on the south eastern shore of Seneca Lake. Ryan has personally selected the location, varietals, plant materials and rootstock to capture the best terroir that the Finger Lakes has to offer. “I’m a steward of the property,” said Ryan. “The site is what’s special and deserves to be taken care of. I try to be as hands off as possible and let the fruit speak for itself. It’s simple, Old World winemaking.”
grisamore cider works
In 1975, Paul and Christine Grisamore planted their first apple orchard east of Cayuga Lake. Today, their grandchildren use the same apple trees to make Grisamore Cider Works hard cider today, fermenting in small batches.
